If you have found a rental outside our service, with or
without a lease, or were unable to find a rental at all; and
you wish a to request a refund, you must provide us with the
following information.
- Moved with Lease
- A Copy of your new Lease showing the date it was signed
and the address of the new property.
- The Landlord's Phone number (to look up in our system,
we will not contact them)
- A short letter including your ID# explaining why you are
requesting a refund
We will check to make sure that the property was not listed
with us from the day you signed up with our service to the
day you signed the actual lease agreement. If the property
was not listed, it takes approximately 10-14 days to process
and you will receive a check. The check will be sent to the
address on the lease unless otherwise specified.
- Moved with no Lease
- Instead of a lease, please provide one of the following:
Original Utility Bill with your name and new address ` A
yellow forwarding label with your name and address
- You must request your refund within 100 days from the
day you signed up.
- Did not move/Couldn't find a rental
- A current copy of your lease where you still live showing
the address
- A copy of the PG&E, phone, or cable bill dated between
30 and 90 days from the day you requested your refund
Send all information via US Mail or make your request in person
at the address below. Sorry but we cannot accept Faxes or email
for a refund.

Please Note:
All Requests must be made within 90 days of service or no
later than 10 days after expiration date of your contract.
All refunds processed are subject to a service charge and
the terms of your contract with us.
